群来では船に出向いて新鮮なカニを直接買い付け。調理においても特別なスチーマーを導入し、紅ズワイガニ本来のジューシーな美味しさを“余さず”ご提供しています。

As of today, the first catch of Esashi red snow crab is scheduled for around March 15th. The fishing season runs until around August.
Gunrai goes to the boats to purchase fresh crab directly. We also use a special steamer for cooking, allowing us to serve you all the juicy flavor that red snow crab is naturally known for.
